Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of UnicornHunt's products and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using UnicornHunt, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must be 16 or older to use UnicornHunt. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code; (b) resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service without our written consent; (c) circumvent rate limits or security controls; (d) use the service to violate any law or third-party right; or (e) use the service to build a competing product.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into UnicornHunt. By using the service, you grant UnicornHunt a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Intellectual property

The service, software, and content (excluding your data) are owned by UnicornHunt or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as permitted by these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for any other reason after reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, indemnity, liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnicornHunt's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. UnicornHunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
