UnicornHunt, Inc. ("UnicornHunt", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using unicornhunt.com or our products, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Account information — name, work email, company, and password when you sign up.
• Usage information — pages viewed, searches run, watchlists, and feature usage. We use this to improve the product.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, personalize your experience, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers under contract (e.g. hosting, analytics, payments), (b) authorities if required by law, and (c) acquirers in the event of a merger or acquisition. Service providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use data to perform services for us.

4. International transfers

UnicornHunt is headquartered in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

5. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration tests, and SOC 2 Type II–aligned controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@oddup.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal, audit, and backup purposes. Aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Children

UnicornHunt is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
